No. You cannot be compelled to reveal or do anything you do not want to under hypnosis. You are always in control and can accept or reject suggestions as you wish, and you can also choose what you wish to say and do. Any suggestion that is unwanted by you is actually counterproductive and will decrease your level of relaxation, thus bringing you out of the state of hypnosis.
